Pantao Ragat, Lanao del Norte – Local officials of this town expressed disappointment over the proposals of Rep. Abdullah D. Dimaporo and Gov. Khalid Q. Dimaporo that their town be placed under Martial law or under the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Control due to the presence of private army allegedly maintained by politicians controlling some government agencies including law enforcement instrumentalities.
