Iligan City – The International Day for Human Rights embodied in a UN Resolution was celebrated with a literay competition, a concert for a cause and an indignation rally to showcase what Human Rights should be.

Amidst the heat of the sun people from all walks of life, non-government organizations, and some militant groups join the celebration.
