CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - (Nov 30) - MisamisOriental provincial board member Peter M. Unabia has formally filed his certificate of candidacy yesterday at the provincial comelec as congressional candidate in the first district of the province, alongside with incumbent congressman Yevgeny Vincente Emano who is seeking his re-election bid of the second district.
