Provincial Capitol, CDO- The weeklong National Drug Prevention Celebration lead by the Peace and Order Council of Misamis Oriental in cooperation with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency(PDEA) Regional Office 10, and the Philippine National Police(PNP) Region 10 succesfully culminated with a concert featuring the SAMAKA Artists and awarding the winners of the Radio and Video Plug Contest focus on this year’s theme: Kilos Pamayanan: Sa Droga, Patuloy ang Laban!
