On Fr. Sinnott Kidnapping; CRC Release NBI, PNP Artists Sketch

Cagayan de Oro City- The Zamboanga del Sur Crisis Management Council (CRC) under the chairmanship of Governor Aurora Enerio Cerilles recently releases artists sketches of three suspects from the National Bureau of Investigation and the PNP of the kidnappers of Fr.
