Carla Althea Ochotorena who followed what the national president, Mrs. Cynthia Verzosa had said to her, “Every policeman wife should be his only one” formed and organized the wives of all policemen in the province. Not because of this reason alone but to help and support the wives of every policeman in her husband command be taught of all the reason why they marry their husbands.
